Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy:
A credit or debit card on file is required to book an appointment.
Cancellations + rescheduling/shortening of appointments must be done a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid late-cancellation fees.
Late cancellations are subject to 50% charge of total services booked.
No-Shows are subject to 100% charge of total services booked.
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late are considered a no-show.
Q: Will lash extensions damage my natural eyelashes?
At What The Fluff, each set of lash extensions are meticulously styled specifically for your eyes, while ensuring the integrity of your natural lash and brow health is guaranteed at every appointment.
Q: How do I maintain my eyelash extensions?
Return every 2-3 weeks for maintenance fills for cleanup and re-fluffing. Your artist will remove grown out extensions and will replenish with new extensions.
You can also change up the style, curl, length, and type of lashes at each fill appointment. Be sure to talk to your artist when you arrive if you want to change things up!
Q: How often should I clean my eyelash extensions?
Cleanse your lash extensions on a daily basis, even if you aren’t wearing makeup. This keeps the lash line free of natural oil, dead skin cell, or makeup debris.
Q: When can I return for my next lash lift?
Keratin Lash Lift results can last up to 8 weeks. However, the soonest a client can safely return for another lift is 6 weeks from your last appointment depending on your lash cycle.
Q: What is brow lamination, and how long will it last?
Your natural brows are brushed upward and styled according to your personal preference resulting in no-fuss, fluffy brows! This service will keep your natural brows styled in-place for up to 8 weeks, similar to the same way natural eyelashes would be styled during a lash lift service.
Q: How far should I space out Brow Style + Stain services?
The soonest you would want to return would be at the 4 week mark, especially if you prefer brow waxing over tweezing. This ensures we have enough to work with in the brow department, so you can get the most out of your brow service.
Arriving to Your Appointment:
Arrive with makeup-free lashes/brows.
Extra cleanup cuts into your appointment time.
Late arrivals of 10+ minutes will be accommodated to the best of your artist’s ability, however you will still be charged full price for the services booked.
Due to COVID-19:
Masks are optional in compliance with local county mandates/guidance.
Client health + safety is the utmost priority at What The Fluff. As always, your artist will continue to use EPA registered disinfectants on all surfaces and tools, and continue to practice hand washing after every client.
Please cancel a MINIMUM of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if:
- You have a fever/COVID-19 symptoms. - Any members of your household are ill/showing signs of COVID-19.
*Please do not bring your child to your appointment if they are home from school due to being under the weather.*
What do I expect after my appointment?
Keep your lashes dry for 24 hours. *If you wear a lash lift, 24-48 hours is best*
Avoid oils around the eyes if you wear extensions, as oils break down the glue bond and affects lash retention.
No mascara on lash extensions, ever.
Whether you wear extensions or a lash lift, keep your natural eyelashes clean and healthy by cleansing your lashes daily even if you aren’t wearing makeup. *Cleanser, makeup remover, and lash serums are available for purchase in the studio.*
